The Village of Hinsdale, supporting the Hinsdale American Legion Post 250, will host a Memorial Day procession on Monday, May 29th to honor those who have served and sacrificed for our country. The Procession takes off at 10am from 3rd Street by HMS. It will head west to Washington and north on Washington to Memorial Hall and conclude with a ceremony.

 

The Village of Hinsdale's mission is to help honor those that have made the ultimate sacrifice. The focus of our parade is to pay tribute to our Veterans past and present.

 

Therefore, we do not allow the following in the parade:

 

- Political entries, businesses or for-profit organizations, individuals or organizations attempting to promote themselves

 

We gladly accept the following:

 

- Veterans or Veterans organizations, scouting groups, community service groups actively serving Veterans, Village of Hinsdale Officials, Village of Hinsdale First Responders, school music groups not including for-profit schools/daycare
