Building and ZoningThe Building and Zoning Department is charged with the responsibility of administering the Village's zoning regulations, building codes, and life safety requirements as well as enforcement of those regulations. Plans submitted for permit are reviewed for compliance with applicable regulations and are inspected during the course of construction.
