Hinsdale has a contract with Republic Services Allied Waste for waste disposal and recycling services. A schedule of services and rates is included below:

Effective May 1, 2009

Solid Waste Collection: one can/bag at rear door; includes recycling	$26.00 per month	$36.83 per month
• Additional cans/bags at rear door • Bulk Items: once per week at curb, per item • Landscape Waste: once per week at curb per bag or bundle	$2.35 per sticker	$2.35 per sticker
Toter: • 60 Gallon • 90 Gallon (cost includes collection and rental)	$29.10 per month $29.87 per month	$40.52 per month $41.21 per month
COLLECTION DAYS	South of RR Tracks	North of RR Tracks
1st pick-up day: includes solid waste, landscape waste, bulk items, and recycling from all customers	MONDAY	THURSDAY
2nd day: includes solid waste collection from those customers electing twice per week service	THURSDAY	MONDAY
