The summer Park & Recreation Brochure will be delivered to residents' homes on Monday, April 22nd. Registration for residents will begin that day. Registration for non-residents begins on May 1st. Remember that the early bird pool membership rates end on April 30 at 5 pm.

The spring/summer dog area restrictions (March 1 through October 31) are: 5 am to 9 am and 7 pm to 10 pm. Dogs are not permitted anywhere in the park at any other times.

Individuals who violate the rules are subject to fines issued by the Hinsdale Police Department.

REC TRAC UPGRADE

We are upgrading our registration software to better serve our Residents.

The system will be down starting at 4pm on Tuesday, May 28 through Thursday, May 30. We will not be able to process program registrations, Pool Passes or pool photos.

You can drop off registrations and memberships and  they will be processed on Friday, May 31st.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

Pool Information

Start the summer off right and join us for opening weekend! The Hinsdale Pool will be open Saturday May 25th 12pm-8pm, Sunday May 26th, 12-8pm and Monday May 27th 12pm-6pm. SKATE PARK CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE

The Skate Park located at Veeck Park is closed for maintenance.

When the spring inspection occurred, several pieces of equipment were found to need repairs that will delay the opening of the facility.
We anticipate opening the park In mid-May. Please check back for updates.

ATTENTION ALL KLM PICNIC PERMIT RENTERS

2013 picnic permits will go on sale December 3rd for Hinsdale residents and January 2nd for non-residents.

Over 600 programs are offered by the Hinsdale Park and Recreation Department annually. The year round activities are designed to meet the leisure interests of Hinsdale residents.

Community Special Events organized by the Department include the 4th of July Parade and Festival, Fall Family Festival, and one outdoor concert each year. Many other special events are also held throughout the year.
