The Hinsdale Police Department has launched a new initiative, "Block Watch".

This program has been developed to aid investigators in quickly locating residents that may have cameras near the scene of a crime. Home cameras will help us catch criminals, especially burglars that have been breaking into homes nearby.

Prescription Drug Take-Back

On Saturday April 26, 2014 from 10:00am-2:00pm the Hinsdale Police Department will be collection expired, unused, unwated prescription drugs and over the counter drugs for destruction.

NEW PROGRAM INITIATIVE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS

The Hinsdale Police Department has developed a program designed to provide senior citizens who live alone an opportunity for increased communications with the police department.

The Lobby at the Hinsdale Police Department is open Monday - Friday 8:00am - 10:30pm. Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm and is closed on Sunday and all Federal Holidays.

Safety Village 2014

Safety Village is a two week program, Monday June 16th to Thursday June 26th, that runs each summer. Students entering kindergarten or first grade are eligible to participate. Registration forms will be available starting Wednesday, April 23rd at 7AM.
