Reservations
are made by contact with the Village of Hinsdale. The signed
contract must be returned with a security deposit fee within
ten days of the contract request. The security deposit will
be returned the month following the event if no additional
charges are incurred during the event. Payment of rental
fees are due thirty days prior to event date. Cancellation
of reservations must be made in writing and the security
deposit will be returned providing the Lodge is rebooked
for that date.
Rental fees are based on four hour minimums with weekday
and weekend rates for residents or nonresidents of the Village
of Hinsdale, and Not-For-Profit groups. Weekdays may be
rented per floor, while weekend rentals include the entire
building.

the facility is available by calling the KLM Lodge Reservation
clerk at (630) 789-7095 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may also contact us via
