The Real Estate Rider is a one-page document that the Village Board of Trustees are urging all buyers, sellers and realtors to attach to their real estate contracts in Hinsdale. The purpose of the Rider is to explain the history of Hinsdale and the Village's ongoing commitment to maintain its character, historic structures and streetscapes. The Rider is informational only, and its use is voluntary.
