A Lamp Construction has been awarded the 2017 CBD Street Resurfacing Project. The scope of work may involve pavement patching, curb and sidewalk repairs, pavement milling, and final pavement resurfacing.  

The contractor’s progress on the residential portion of this project will determine the starting date in the downtown district.  Per the contract, A Lamp cannot begin downtown activities until July 5, 2017. Daytime construction activities will be staged in order to keep one side of the street open.  Parking will be restricted to the open side of the street.  Alternate shopper parking areas will be determined and posted.  

Daytime operation hours will be from 7 AM to 4 PM, while nighttime operation hours will be from 10 PM to 6AM.  Due to the scale of the night activities, full street closures will be required.  Traffic will be detoured around closed sections of street.
