At Corks & Forks, taste ten unique wines chosen by Hinsdale Wine Academy…paired with six tapas style courses. Enjoy time spent with friends and neighbors while learning the basics of wine and food pairing that you can easily apply at home.

The Feast
The menu, chosen to compliment the wine, will feature delicious food prepared by one of The Lodge's preferred caterers. Limited dietary requests will be accommodated with this set menu.
The Sommelier
Corks & Forks is led by experienced Sommelier, Lorenzo Munoz, and Christine Munoz, neighbors and founders of Hinsdale Wine Academy. Lorenzo finds his happy place whenever wine, food, & friends come together. He is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and a Certified Specialist of Wine/Certified wine educator with the Society of Wine Educators. Hinsdale Wine Academy offers Level 1 & Level 2 wine classes spanning 6-8 weeks, as well as two hours boot camps.
