The
Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the third Wednesday of
every month at 7:15 p.m. at Memorial Hall of the Memorial
Building, 19 East Chicago Avenue, Hinsdale, Illinois.
Special meetings are scheduled as needed.
The Zoning Board of Appeals is an independent Board consisting
of seven members appointed by the Village President for
five-year terms. The Board reviews and renders decisions
on all variations to the regulations of the Zoning Code.
In addition, the Board reviews appeals on matters where
the applicant feels staff has misinterpreted the Zoning
Code. The only appeal an individual has beyond the Zoning
Board of Appeals is to the Circuit Court System.
