The Firefighters' Pension Fund Board is an independent board that consists of nine members serving two-year terms. The board consists of two persons appointed by the Village President, two members elected by the current fire fighters, and one pensioner elected by the current pensioners. The Firefighters' Pension Fund Board has control of the management of all funds belonging to or deigned by law as part of the Firefighters' Pension Fund. The Board is mandated to meet once a year. Special meetings are held when necessary.
